1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shaymavenue website, payment gateway, APIs, merchant dashboard, or any related services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws to use our services. Businesses registering with Shaymavenue must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and KYC verification.

3. Merchant Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate business, banking, and KYC information.
You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment Services

Shaymavenue provides payment gateway, payout, payment link, QR payment, and related financial technology services. Transaction processing is subject to approval by acquiring banks, payment networks, and regulatory requirements.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

Fraudulent or illegal transactions.
Money laundering or terrorist financing.
Selling prohibited or restricted products.
Violating applicable laws or regulations.
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
Uploading malicious software or harmful content.

6. Fees & Charges

Applicable transaction fees, settlement charges, service fees, taxes, and other charges will be communicated separately through your merchant agreement or pricing plan. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the merchant unless otherwise stated.

7. Settlements

Settlement timelines depend on banking partners, payment methods, compliance verification, and applicable regulations. Shaymavenue reserves the right to temporarily hold settlements in cases involving suspected fraud, chargebacks, compliance reviews, or legal investigations.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds and chargebacks are governed by applicable payment network rules and our Refund Policy. Merchants remain responsible for disputes raised by customers and any associated charges where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, APIs, designs, graphics, content, and intellectual property associated with Shaymavenue remain the exclusive property of Shaymavenue Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaymavenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including business interruption, loss of profits, or data loss.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we reasonably believe the merchant has violated these Terms, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

Shaymavenue may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Shaymavenue is registered.
